Job Summary

We are hiring a dedicated PPE Product Specialist who owns our entire protective suit product portfolio, covering our five core categories: disposable dust-particle protective suits, chemical protective suits, flame-retardant high-temperature suits, anti-static cleanroom garments and multi-functional industrial protective workwear. This role bridges manufacturing, sales, compliance, marketing and customer teams. You will define product specifications, maintain all product datasheets, develop product descriptions for our Wix website CMS, validate product performance, and support sales team with technical product expertise. The candidate must have solid knowledge of protective textiles, garment construction and international safety standards for PPE apparel. You will manage our 60 SKU product library, maintain product documentation, collect user feedback, coordinate new product development and product upgrades, and ensure all product information on our website, catalog and marketing materials is accurate, consistent and compliant with global regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full lifecycle management of our protective suit product portfolio. Maintain product master data, including product names, model codes, technical data, material specifications, size charts (S-5XL), key features, application scenarios and product advantages. Continuously update all product descriptions, specifications and marketing content for our Wix CMS product library, ensuring every product entry is technically accurate and customer-oriented.

2. Collaborate with our manufacturing and textile suppliers to define product parameters, fabric requirements, protective performance indicators, test plans and certification requirements for new protective suit models. Conduct technical review of samples, verify fabric tensile strength, barrier performance, flame resistance, anti-static properties and dust particle protection performance. Create technical product datasheets, user guides and specification documents for all 5 product categories.

3. Provide technical pre-sales support for global sales team and distributors. Answer technical questions from customers about protection levels, material limitations, suitable working environments, certification scope and proper usage of protective suits. Assist sales team during client tender, product presentation and sample selection, help customers select the correct protective suit according to hazard types, such as chemical splash, dust contamination, high temperature, cleanroom or general industrial work.

4. Monitor international PPE regulation updates, including EU PPE Regulation 2016/425, ANSI standards, ISO testing requirements. Ensure product labeling, technical documentation and website product content meet the compliance requirements for EU and US market. Track certification status of all product lines, coordinate lab testing and certificate renewal in advance.

5. Collect market feedback, customer complaints, distributor input and competitor product information. Analyze market demand trends, identify opportunities for product optimization, new feature development and new SKU creation. Work with marketing team to develop product marketing assets, including product comparison tables, application case studies, and product feature copy for website and trade show materials.

6. Organize internal product training sessions for sales and marketing team, teach team members about protection principles, fabric characteristics, product differences among subcategories, limitations and correct selection guidance of all five series of protective suits. Build and maintain our product knowledge base, update training slides and technical FAQs.

7. Coordinate sample management, track sample requests from global clients, confirm sample specification, inspect sample quality and record sample test results. Maintain organized product sample library and sample documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Material Science or related technical field. Minimum 3 years product management or technical specialist experience in PPE, protective apparel, technical textile or safety garment industry. Direct experience with coveralls, disposable protective suits or FR clothing is highly preferred.

2. Deep understanding of protective fabric, non-woven material, chemical barrier, flame retardant, anti-static and cleanroom textile technologies. Familiar with relevant test standards for protective clothing, such as EN 14126, EN 13034, EN 1149, ISO 14116. Able to read and interpret lab test reports and PPE certificates.

3. Excellent business English reading and writing capability. Able to write professional product descriptions, technical specification sheets and product marketing copy for international B2B audience. Experience managing product data for e-commerce / CMS product system (Wix CMS is a plus).

4. Strong attention to detail, excellent data organization skills. Able to manage multi-SKU product library, organize technical documents, maintain consistent product information across website, catalog and sales documents.

5. Good cross-team communication skills, capable of communicating with factories, testing labs, sales and marketing teams. Logical thinking, able to translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language for non-technical buyers.

6. Familiar with B2B industrial customer needs in chemical, pharmaceutical, welding, cleanroom and construction industries. Understand different hazard scenarios and corresponding protective garment selection logic.
